Note: You may note small white dots appearing in your balm. This is a natural crystallization of the organic, unrefined shea butter that we use, and it in no way diminishes the effectiveness of the product. Simply smooth the balm on your skin, and the small crystals will melt away.

The calm after the storm
I've always known the benefits of lavender and relaxation and I'm pleased to say that this product does not disappoint. Since using the sleep balm my nights have become much more restful. Recently, my youngest had her wisdom teeth removed. I suggested she try the sleep balm at night to help relax her and it worked! So, young or old, this product works and in a very natural way.
Very relaxing / good for sensitive skin
I travel a lot and find it difficult to get good rest. I use this balm on my temples, pulse points, and below my nose to relax before bed. I have sensitive skin and am pleased that the balm has not irritated my skin. Love this product and it is perfect for travel.
