Because our products are made in small batches using natural, perishable ingredients, we are generally unable to accept returns.

That said, your experience matters to us.

If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as it should be, please reach out to us at hello@patricksmithbotanicals.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. When helpful, photos are appreciated.

We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will always do our best to make things right — whether that means replacing an item, offering store credit, or another appropriate solution.

We ask that you contact us within a reasonable time after receiving your order, and we reserve the right to limit remedies in cases of misuse or repeated claims.
